• Payments are accepted via mobile money and other approved payment methods
• We do not store card details; payments are processed via secure third-party platforms

Customized products require special attention:

• Clients must review and approve all artwork before production
• Once approved, changes cannot be made
• Production timelines vary depending on quantity and complexity

Customers may be required to pay delivery fees unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

Customized products are non-refundable once approved and produced.

8. Quality & Storage Responsibility

We ensure products meet quality standards at dispatch. Customers are responsible for:

• Handling products appropriately after delivery

We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
